1.)   Keyholder service (we are the primary point of contact and supervise the following):

2.)   24-hours a day, 7 days a week monitoring.

3.)   On-call for emergencies.

4.)   Coordination and supervision of service vendors insures contractor performance.

5.)   Interior/exterior maintenance available.

6.)   Monitoring and inspecting the house and grounds:

a.     All mechanical systems including:

Heat

Air conditioning

Water

Electric and Generator

b.     Pipes, sump pumps, drains – check operational and fast response to frozen pipes

c.      Roofing – clear gutters, ice damming prevention

d.     Secure house prior to hurricane/storm clean up

e.     Landscaping

f.       Snow Removal

g.     Trash Removal

h.     Tennis Courts

i.       Pool, Spa and Sauna – ensure seasonal prep and winterization

j.       Fire Systems and Extinguishers – ensure maintenance and operational

k.     Post emergency numbers

l.       Fax/copier services

m.   Package and mail delivery services

n.     Motor vehicle – check trickle charges, run engines

o.     Purchase of household supplies

p.     Services provided summarized in weekly/monthly statements to the owner via email
